Michael Manikas has spent the past decade working at the C-suite level, driving transformational change across a diverse range of companies and not-for-profit organisations. His expertise lies in bringing industry insight and innovative approaches to guide organisations towards sustainable growth, aligning closely with strategic targets set in collaboration with their boards.

Michael is passionate about continuous business improvement and achieving impactful outcomes. A proud Biripi and Worimi descendant from the Cook and Syron families of the Mid North Coast of New South Wales, Michael is uniquely distinguished as the only Aboriginal Quantity Surveyor to hold Fellowships with both the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (AIQS) and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

Throughout his career, Michael has dedicated himself to creating opportunities for First Nations peoples, an ongoing commitment evident across his professional roles as well as through extensive volunteer work and mentoring initiatives.
