Job Description:

We are looking for a Sustainable Building Design Manager who has the experience and ability to support the evolution, implementation and coordination of an effective and high-quality Environmental Assurance Program and ensure that the execution of the project’s activities are conducted in a manner which is fitting for a mega project.

Essential Skills:

• A Master’s degree in Sustainable Engineering or architectural engineering
• Other qualifications in sustainability-related to design/engineering such as LEED, Mostadam or equivalent
• Twelve (12) or more years’ experience across the fields of sustainability and energy in buildings
• Professional qualification and work experience with development, and/or implementation of ‘Sustainability Rating Systems’ such as USGBC LEED, Mostadam, Passive House or equivalent and a strong understanding of energy management
• Proven track record of successfully leading a sustainability program, policies and regulatory frameworks or processes such as ISO50001 energy management systems; ISO14064 (quantification and reporting of greenhouse gas emissions and removals); building energy auditing; energy modelling; lighting design; commissioning and/or Measurement & Verification
• Strong technical sustainability skills across building design services including effective management of resources and assets, i.e., Life Cycle Analysis
• Strong written and verbal communication & report writing skills
• Strong leadership, interpersonal/ people management, and mentoring skills
