We are headquartered in London, Singapore and Dubai, working throughout the Middle East, Europe and Asia. Our areas of expertise are represented in four core verticals: Building Engineering, Planning and Infrastructure, Strategy and Advisory and Commissioning, Handover and Asset Management.

Job Description:

We are looking for Business Administrator with a track record of creating and streamlining processes and harmonising procedures across organisations to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The Business Administrator will facilitate the office organisation and communication by performing administrative duties and acting as a liaison between divisions and teams.

Key Accountabilities and Activities:

  • Providing office support including customer and employee support
  • Keeping well-organized files and records of business activity both online and in hard copy
  • Interacting with stakeholders either on the phone or in-person
  • Communicating with materials suppliers and vendors
  • Using spreadsheets to support tracking expenses, project execution among others
  • Support HR processes, including onboarding
  • Support making travel arrangements for employees
  • Scheduling appointments and events
  • Participating in-office meetings and taking meeting minutes
  • Giving feedback on office efficiency and suggesting possible improvements

Essential skills:

  • Diploma in Human Resources / or a minimum of 2 (two) years of administrative work experience for large scale corporations including assistance to corporate business executives
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, multi-tasking and time management
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
