Aparna Chintakunta

Aparna Chintakunta is an Architect, USBC LEED AP, and Estidama PQP. She has over 10 years of experience in the industry as an Architect and Green Building Consultant, with more than 6 years based in Dubai, UAE. Her role primarily involves project management in Architectural and Landscape Design, implementing green building strategies, preparing documentation for green building submissions, and coordinating with Architectural, Civil, MEP, and site teams from the conceptual design stage through to project completion across the UAE, Oman, and KSA.

She has worked on projects under various green building rating systems including USGBC LEED, Mostadam, Estidama, BREEAM, and WELL, across both design and construction phases. Her project portfolio includes a diverse range of developments such as 4- and 5-star hotels, residential buildings, healthcare facilities, office buildings, and mixed-use developments. Several of these projects were government-led, involving direct coordination with senior government officials.

Aparna has also been actively involved in building performance analysis, including daylight, views, façade, and energy analysis. Additionally, she has contributed to policy-making and the development of regional green building rating systems.
