Andrew Mather is Fractional Managing Director for Australia. He is an experienced C-suite executive and trusted adviser with deep expertise in business leadership, executive coaching, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate transactions. Andrew is recognised for building trusted, long-term client relationships and delivering responsive, high-quality service.

Bringing more than 40 years of experience in the built environment profession, working for global consultancies, Andrew has had multi-sector P&L responsibility spanning 4 continents and over 15 countries. More recently Andrew has turned his focus to business advisory services.

Throughout his career, Andrew has led the successful acquisition and integration of more than 18 consulting businesses and completed the sale of more than five consulting firms, ranging from 10 to 450 people. These transactions have taken place across Australia, Southeast Asia and Africa. Andrew is a past President of Consult Australia and has been a mentor and tutor on their Future Business Leaders Program for over 7 years.
