Bay Extension Avenue

The Bay Avenue Extension project is a development that will be located within the Business Bay district of Dubai, on a plot area of approximately 72,318 sqm, adjacent to the existing Executive Towers. The project is being developed by Dubai Properties (DP) and will consist of two residential towers, a cinema complex, retail and F&B outlets, a clinic, and office spaces.
AESG has been appointed as the environmental consultant on the project, to acquire an environmental permit from Dubai Municipality’s Environmental Planning and Studies Section (DM-EPSS).
