The three buildings are two non-residential buildings Allen and Carey and one residential building Northwood Court. Allen is a two-storey freehold building previously used for office, restaurant and teaching purposes. Carey is a three-storey freehold V shaped building previously used for office/student union/lecture/seminar purposes. Northwood Court is a U-shaped freehold building previously used as student accommodation.

AESG were engaged on the Allen, Carey & Northwood buildings as fire & life safety, façade and investigation engineers. This was inclusive of building material spot checks, desktop study of existing documentation and analysis of wall construction fire assessment.
