The hotel, developed by United Development Company (UDC) will house 110 guestrooms, including 30 suites and a presidential suite, a banquet hall and outdoor patio with a 1,000-people capacity, restaurants, a spa, and an adjacent luxurious beach club facility. The Project comprises a five-star hotel, beach club, speciality restaurants, spa facilities and a golf course located in an island in Qatar.
AESG is appointed to undertake the Concept design services of the project.
