Al Reem Mall located in Abu Dhabi is set to become a world-class mixed use development, comprising retail, office, residences and hospitality, located on the rapidly developing residential Reem Island.
The $1 billion development will be home to the largest hypermarket in Abu Dhabi and will be complimented with outstanding leisure activities which include iconic family entertainment Centre, the worlds largest indoor snow play park, 15 screen cinemas, along with roof top amenities and gardens featuring fine dining restaurants. The mall is expected to have Gross Leasable Area (GLA) of 300,000 sqm with 700 outlets, in addition to over 10,000 parking spaces.
AESG are providing independent commissioning agent services on the project which includes review of the owners project requirements and basis of design as well as full commissionability design reviews.
