The proposed project involves the development of Phase 1 of a new private hospital in Silicon Oasis. The Phase 1 development consists of a new hospital building of 2B+G+4 levels with a total GFA of over 35,000 sqm. The hospital aims to follow strict sustainability standards and aims to achieve a LEED Silver rating under LEED for Healthcare Version 3.
AESG have been appointed to provide sustainability and LEED consultancy services on the project during both design and construction.
