HSBC Tower development

The new HSBC Tower development in Emaar Square, Dubai shall become the new consolidated UAE headquarters for HSBC. The building will consist of Grade A office space occupied by HSBC, along with some retail space on the ground floor to include an HSBC retail branch. The Project consists of 3 basement levels and 4 podium floors for parking with a further 14 levels of office space.
The project is targeting a LEED Gold rating.
