The project involves the design and construction of a residential complex consisting of 9 blocks with buildings comprising of 3 basement levels, a ground floor and 5 additional floors in Masdar City. It will have 500 residential units offering one and two-bedroom apartments. The complex will have access to a gym, retail facilities and other amenities, as well as pedestrian-friendly walkways connected to the heart of Masdar City.
The project is a flagship development in Masdar City and consequently has high sustainability aspirations which includes LEED Platinum certification, Estidama 3 Pearl certification, 40% reduction in energy and 50% reduction in water consumption.
AESG are providing comprehensive sustainability consultancy throughout the design and construction of the project.
