The Paddington Green Police Station is a redevelopment project by Berkley, part of the West End Gate masterplan in London. It will include new private and affordable homes, office and retail spaces distributed over four main blocks. The design also focuses on delivering substantial public realm improvements in the area and plenty of green spaces. The project aims to achieve the BREEAM Very Good / Excellent certification.
