Works are re-furbishing their head office, located in Downtown Dubai, with the aim of creating an office environment which exceeds standards in both sustainability and indoor environmental comfort. The office fit-out shall offer an exemplar Project example and marketing tool for the interior fit-out company, and therefore high standards are expected throughout. The innovative fit-out is targeting both LEED and WELL certification, aiming to be the first WELL certified space within the UAE. AESG has been appointed to provide WELL consultancy services to meet the targeted Gold certification.
