As General Manager of AESG’s UK operations, he is responsible for driving strategic growth, operational excellence, and the delivery of multidisciplinary projects across the firm’s core service lines.
With a strong foundation in on-site project delivery and commercial management, Matthew brings a hands-on approach to leadership, aligning teams, streamlining operations, and building lasting client relationships. Over the past five years, he has played a key role in advancing AESG’s presence in the UK by strengthening commercial functions and supporting the successful delivery of complex, high-impact projects.
