Kiranraj Narayan Poojari

Kiranraj Poojari is a highly experienced Principal Façade Consultant at AESG with over 19 years of experience in façade engineering, design development. Having begun his career with ALICO in the UAE, Kiranraj has since held key technical and leadership positions across the Middle East and India, including Axis Facades, Kawneer, Koltay Facades, and AESG.

Kiranraj’s portfolio includes a diverse range of high-profile projects such as the Misk School, Amaala Staff Village, Sindalah, NOBU, MJL7, Burj Vista, Fountain Views, The Address JBR, Riyadh Metro, MOL Campus, SAS Infra. He has developed expertise in a wide array of façade systems including unitized, stick, suspended glazing, metal/stone/GRC cladding, and bespoke curtain wall solutions.

As a team leader, Kiranraj is deeply involved in mentoring designers, coordinating multi-office teams, and managing design workflows from concept design to the tender stage. He is known for his technical acumen, attention to detail, and ability to integrate innovative design solutions while aligning with project timelines and client objectives.

In his current role at AESG, he plays a critical part in shaping façade strategies for landmark projects while supporting internal growth through training, process development, and cross-office collaboration.
