Dubai Hills Mall

Dubai Hills mall is a retail, leisure and entertainment complex with a GFA of 185,000m² situated in the Dubai Hills Estate. With over 550 retail and entertainment destinations, including seven anchor stores, cineplex and hypermarket, Dubai Hills will be the primary mall in the Mohammed bin Rashid City development.

AESG was appointed to undertake the following:

• Independent Commissioning Authority of all Building Services systems
• Management of complete Testing & Commissioning process
• Developed comprehensive Testing & Commissioning (T&C) strategy for the project
• Verify and ensure performance outcomes for all systems are achieved
