The project forms a district of the larger NEOM masterplan. The overall area of the Silver Beach masterplan is 35 km2. The mixed-use development is to include residential, recreational, institutional and infrastructure facilities.
AESG was appointed by the masterplanner to conduct an Environmental and Social Impact Assessment following IFC Performance Standards.
