The project’s scope of work consists of a mixed use complex comprising a shopping mall located northwest corner of the King Saud intersection and Prince Sultan Road in Al Khobar city, Saudi Arabia. The project includes 180,000 rental areas including commercial, entertainment, residential, hotel, office and health facilities.
