Eleazar has over 15+ years’ experience in the field of Electrical/ELV designing, construction, testing and commissioning in Asia and Middle East. He has proven his engineering skills in accordance with standards of NEC, NETA, IEC, IEEE, BS and NFPA to projects of Oil and Gas Sector, Generation Power Plant construction, Airport‘s, Hospital‘s, Hotel‘s, Museum‘s, Mall‘s and High Rise Buildings. He has overseen and witnessed MV and LV testing on many projects. Including site acceptance, energization, functionality, Cold/Dead and Live testing of MV/LV switchgears, Ring Main Unit (RMU), Transformers, Main Distribution Boards to downstream loads. Also, ELV systems such as Fire Alarm, PAVA, Central Battery, Access Control, CCTV, Building Management, ICT until Guest Room Management System. In addition, he is efficient, in assuring quality standards of projects by inspections and testing. He is aware of the importance of completing projects on time, with quality, within budget, and to the client’s total satisfaction. He has Commissioned MEP-ELV equipment in compliance with various international standards and codes of practice. He is complacent with all British and American standards and has a vast understanding of their requirements to be applied to commissioning and construction. He worked for some of the biggest commissioning projects in the Middle East such as the Salalah Airport, Dubai Mall, Hyatt Regency Riyadh,
King Faisal Specialist Hospital in Riyadh, National Museum of Qatar, King Abdullah Financial District projects, EXPO 2020 Village Project, One Zaabeel (The Link) Project, Natural History Museum/Centre of Curiosity and currently in Guggenheim Abu Dhabi.
