Kaviarasan joins AESG as Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) Manager. With a Degree in Mechanical Engineering, he has over 14 years of experience in Construction, MEP, Marine, Engineering & Manufacturing industries.
He is recognised in the industry for his extensive knowledge in implementing and monitoring ISO Standards especially Quality and HSE Management Systems.
He is a certified ISO Lead Auditor and qualified for Health and Safety Certifications such as NEBOSH & IOSH. Throughout his career, he has consistently demonstrated his ability to enhance business processes, drive continuous improvement, and achieve organisational goals.
He has demonstrated exceptional leadership in previous roles, driving impactful initiatives that prioritise safety and environmental sustainability. His dedication to creating a culture of safety aligns with our commitment to striving for excellence in health and safety, and we are excited to see the positive impact he will undoubtedly make at AESG.
