Tareq Tabaja

Tarek is Senior Associate Consultant – Environment at AESG providing expert assessment and advisory services in numerous areas, including but not limited to, impacts assessments, environmental and social management plans, hazard assessments, feasibility studies, and environmental audits.

With a combined engineering and sustainable energy educational background and having worked for a regional environmental consulting firm Tarek has contributed to providing industries, private businesses, international organizations, and public agencies with cost effective solutions for challenging engineering and environmental issues.

Tarek worked in various disciplines including solid waste management, oil and gas, infrastructure, and biodiversity. Tarek partook in the write up of the Sixth National Report of Lebanon to the Convention of Biological Diversity, and participated in the update of the Strategic Environmental Assessment for Exploration and Production Activities Offshore Lebanon.
