Energy and Sustainability Strategies

Specialising in the development of holistic, project specific energy and sustainability strategies. AESG identify KPIs and engineer solutions in line with the local regulatory, built and natural environmental context.

AESG’s sustainability team have a diverse range of backgrounds and skills, including Architects, Planners, Engineers, Building Physicists and Environmental Scientists. Our holistic approach to sustainability is one that simultaneously considers environmental, social, and economic factors. Our array of expertise, both at the building and masterplan level, enables a deep understanding of the issues and challenges of sustainable development as well as the intricate strategies required to future-proof developments and enhance their sustainable outcomes.

We advise our clients on how projects are best able to meet the specific aims of local, regional and national planning policy through the consideration of design features and the assessment of potential outcomes. Throughout this process, we work closely with the developer, design team and planning authority to provide design direction and help set project-specific sustainability targets.

Our services encompass the full spectrum of energy and sustainability pre-planning design and reporting requirements, through design to development completion, as detailed in the list to the right:
